This package is designed for simple, focused shoots. Revisions cover refinements to the agreed edit, not a change of concept, reshoots, new formats, additional edits or extra deliverables.

This package is designed for focused shoots that need a stronger set of content from one production day. The final number of films depends on the idea, shoot structure and agreed scope.
Revisions cover refinements to the agreed edits, not a change of concept, reshoots, new formats, additional films or extra deliverables.

These packages are designed for focused cinematic social films, not large-scale commercial productions.
They work best for simple ideas, clear locations, small teams and brands that want high-quality content without building a full production around it.
Larger concepts, multiple locations, cast, styling, props, complex animation, heavy product work or detailed campaign requirements can still be handled, but they may need a custom quote.
BUILD IT OUT
Both packages can be expanded depending on the idea, shoot and deliverables required.
Additional creative concept
A separate concept route beyond the included initial ideas, with up to two rounds of changes.
Extra cutdowns
Additional 5 or 10-second edits for teasers, ads, Reels, TikTok or Shorts.
Photography
5 additional edited stills captured alongside the shoot.
Extra location
Moving to a second location during the shoot.
VO script
A short voiceover script to support the film or clarify the message.
Voiceover
Available for 5, 10, 20 or 30-second edits.
Animation
Motion graphics, animated titles, product callouts or simple animated elements.
Music licensing
Music sourced and licensed beyond standard stock library options.
Actors
Casting and working with actors, presenters or featured talent.

Sourcing or creating props needed for the concept.

Revisions and scope
Each package includes 1 round of edit refinements.
Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed edit, such as trimming, pacing, music swaps where possible, basic text changes, colour tweaks or replacing selected shots.
Revisions do not include a change of concept, new filming, new deliverables, new formats, reshoots, additional edits or work outside the agreed scope.
Any extra work can be quoted separately before it begins.
KEEPING THE PROJECT MOVING
To keep each project running smoothly, timelines rely on timely feedback, approvals, assets and information from the client.
Unless agreed otherwise, projects are expected to be completed within 30 days of the shoot date or first edit delivery, depending on the scope.
Feedback should be provided within 2 working days of receiving an edit, proof or approval request. Delays to feedback, assets or approvals may extend the timeline and move final delivery accordingly.
If a project becomes inactive for more than 30 days due to client-side delays, we may pause the project. Further work, revisions or reactivation may be quoted separately and scheduled subject to availability.
Final payment is due within the agreed project period, unless agreed otherwise.
PAYMENT TERMS
For projects under £2,000:
50% deposit to book the project
50% due before final files are released
Watermarked low-resolution preview files may be supplied until the balance is paid
For projects over £2,000:
50% deposit to book the project
40% due before the shoot date
10% due before final files are released
Watermarked low-resolution preview files may be supplied until the balance is paid
Final high-resolution files are only released once the agreed balance has been paid.
